Event registrations and vehicle applications

For events we collect your name, email, optional phone, additional attendee count, vehicle details, optional public photo link, referral and application notes. The organizer uses these to review display vehicles, manage attendance and contact you about the event. Vehicle approval is separate from attendance. This does not opt you into beta marketing. Organizer comments and contact details are restricted to the owner. General attendance may be handled externally by Torch; their privacy terms apply there. Do not submit sensitive documents or private photo links.

A private RSVP management link acts as a secret access key. Keep it private. Contact the organizer if you lose it. Event records will be reviewed within 90 days after the event and removed or minimized when no longer needed, subject to necessary recordkeeping. Fundraising and media links are external; we do not process payments or host uploaded photos/videos.

What this list is for

Turnout is a project led by Ben Kurland. This form collects your email address, optional car description and selected interest so we can manage beta invitations and send occasional development updates. Joining is not a purchase or a guarantee of access.

What we store

We store the information you submit, a sign-up timestamp, the page’s source tag and the version of the consent you accepted. Hosting providers process technical request information to operate and protect the service. For abuse prevention, the app keeps a short-lived hash of a network address and time window, rather than saving that address with your sign-up.

Who can access it

The list is held in the project’s hosted database and made available through an owner-restricted view. Service providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process data to host the page and database. We do not sell the list or share it with an affiliated carbon fiber shop for marketing.

Opt out, correct or delete

Email benfuture@gmail.com to request removal, correction or a copy of your information. Please send from the address you used when possible. We will use it only to process your request. Future update emails will include opt-out instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep entries while the beta invitation program is active or until you ask to leave. We will review the list within 12 months and remove entries if the program has ended. This page does not ask for a password, payment details or location access.
